Delete your account

You can delete your Relayo account and all your data at any time. Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no waiting period and no way to undo it.

If you still have the app

1. Open Relayo.
2. Go to the You tab.
3. Tap Delete account.
4. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and data are deleted right away.

If you’ve uninstalled the app

Email us at hello@relayoapp.com from the address on your Relayo account and ask us to delete your account. We’ll process your request and send you a confirmation.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we remove:

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• Your profile and display name
• Your lists, tasks, and errands
• Your saved places (home, work, stores)
• Your notification settings and push token
• Your subscription record in Relayo

If you share a household with a partner: your personal data and identity are removed, but content you created and shared — lists, tasks, and recurring “Domains” — stays with your partner, who jointly used and contributed to it. This is so your partner’s household doesn’t break when you leave.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Relayo account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. You need to cancel that separately:

• iOS — Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Relayo Plus → Cancel.
• Android — Google Play → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Relayo Plus → Cancel.

If you don’t cancel before your renewal date, Apple or Google may charge you for another period. Relayo cannot issue refunds for charges made after account deletion.
